Heartland Vet
Heartland Vet
Heartland Vet Supply & Pharmacy Website Redesign.
Design brief
Heartland Vet Pharmacy was ready to improve their outdated site that was difficult to navigate and created a surplus of negative user feedback. During my internship with P3 Technologies, I worked closely with Heartland Vet Supply and took it upon myself to redesign their website homepage - ultimately leading to being hired and appointed to lead designer for the site right out of college.
Main Objectives
Modernize Heartland’s website while keeping in mind that their main demographic consisted of millennials and older/farmers.
Build a site that could be used as a white-label site for future partnerships.
Build screens that allow for easy navigation as well as improve imperative aspects of their existing site.
Use imagery to portray their “heartland” branding and Nebraska farming appeal.
Use their existing red brand color in a way that was UI friendly.
Build a responsive site that included mobile screens.
Design a backend admin portal to allow for easy input for products and product information.
Create user profile design for input of pet and vet information for purchase of prescriptions.
